My printer C6160 is not visible in Markvision even if the SNMP v3 is OK.

I've checked the device requirements listed in the user guide of MarkVision Enterprise and your device is listed as being compatible, plus it's marked with an asterisk which indicates that SNMP v3 needs to be installed as well.


I do recommend reinstalling the drivers and all the necessary files that you have and then try to connect it again.


If it still doesn't work, then download the following user guide and use it to document yourself about the correct device and software installation.
